Australia Shipping

After waiting a few months for our courier to open AU again, we got tired and contacted DHL. Quite expensive call, but we could no longer wait. 

Good new is that packages got to AU yesterday and will be sent out in the next few days. 

Sorry for the inconvenience again, but COVID lock down is a drama for mail. 

Only a few countries like S. Africa are still locked. We are checking daily.

Shipping update

All packages sent, 

Australia: is the only exception. Australia for the past month is a "NO SHIP ZONE" for both the courier and the Priority Mail. I can only wait for the ban to be removed. Sorry about it is out of my control, as we were in time to ship, but we can't.

France: I hope no ones get this as personal, but France has proved to be the worst postal system in the world. On over 400 packages sent 25/30% of them are having issue. Several were delivered to who knows who. They state delivered but the signature for Mark A. is from Alfred W., Many more I am getting messages stating can't deliver wrong address when the address is 100% correct. A whole bunch have been sitting in the France International Hub for over a month and not moving. Several more just disappeared in LIMBO LAND.....  Not sure what is going on, but this is absurd. And is tacking a lot of time to solve not to mention the economical cost involved. I hope they get things right soon :(

Issues?

Again I am getting several messages on KS, Messenger, company email, backerkit, whatsapp and more.

If you do not write to [email protected] you will not get an answer, I hope this does not sound rude, but is impossible for me to follow so many com channels, and I am more keen to make mistakes. 

Also sending 1 email a day it only gets things worst as it makes hard for me to reply, please be patient we will reply may take 3 to 5 days but we always do and we always fix issues.

AUSTRALIA NIGHTMARE!!!!

All AU orders are sitting in storage waiting to be shipped for the past 3 weeks. AU with South Africa for the past 3 or 4 weeks have blocked all incoming mail from Italy and I can not ship them :( 

I am very sorry this will cause a huge delivery delay... but we can only wait, I write the courier daily to get updates. 

Updates will come as soon as they hit the mail.

Shipping is done!

All packages are in the mail. Only issue is Australia. 

Shipping to Australia has been blocked for the past 2 weeks, I am waiting for an update. As soon as it clears the package will go out asap. I will post an update.

Emails

Today I was able to reply to most emails from the past days, left only a few more complicated ones for tomorrow. If I did not reply be assured you will get an answer by tomorrow.
